She began her career as a school teacher before becoming Manager of Finance and Administration at Marzy Niaga Sdn Bhd.

At ZW TerasLink, she oversees financial management, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting to support informed business decisions and responsible resource management.

Her approach emphasises accuracy, integrity, and accountability. Combining organisational skills with financial discipline, she supports effective internal controls and the company’s commitment to sustainable growth.

Chief Operating Officer                                  Warren K                                                                                                                              Coordination. Discipline. Delivery.                                                                                       Warren brings experience in banking operations, credit management, sales leadership, and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Universiti Putra Malaysia and served with Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad and CIMB Wealth Advisors.

At ZW TerasLink, he translates strategy into operations, coordinating resources, suppliers, and activities while overseeing cost control, quality, and timely delivery.

His leadership emphasises responsibilities, discipline, and communication. Through team development and execution, he supports ZW’s commitment to service and growth.

Mohd Zailisham Shamsuddin brings approximately 28 years of experience in marketing to the oil and gas industry. A Business Administration graduate of Midwestern State University, Texas, USA, he began his career with Mitsui & Co. Ltd.

At ZW TerasLink, he leads strategic direction, business development, and partnerships across the company’s industrial services, technology, construction, manpower, and trading activities. His leadership emphasises integrity, commercial discipline, quality, and timely delivery.
